When it comes to fitness I don't really like to do anything that's too intense. I lose weight really easily and it takes work to gain it, especially because I try gaining while still maintaining my healthy lifestyle.
I do yoga a couple times a week but it's just to a few videos on Hulu some time when P Grizl is sleeping. I mainly use it to stretch out so that I don't become too sore during the week from carrying a toddler or crawling so much to play with her. That in itself is pretty great exercise!!
